Birch sap is obtained in early spring from the trunks of birch trees and is harvested between the time when the first buds appear on the tree and the time when the leaves develop. The addition of pomegranate juice gives the birch juice a delicate red colour and a refreshing, fruity taste. The birch juice can be consumed by people of all ages, including children, without quantitative restrictions. It is worth drinking it especially in the autumn-winter period and during the spring solstice. It contains naturally occurring sugars. No preservatives or flavors added.
Birch trunk juice (Betula pendula) (97.95%), juice concentrate of garnet juice (Punica pomegranate) (2%), acidity regulator: citric acid.
