Breadcrumbs with golden ground linen are a product obtained from mixing the grated, middle part of specially baked wheat bread with ground grains of golden flax. The product contains only 1% of the bread skin, so that the breading has a bright color, and the ground linen gives it a unique smell and taste.
Breadcrumbs with golden ground linen are ideal as a sprinkle for boiled vegetables, an addition to minced meat, breadcrumbs for fried meat and fish and dietary delicacies. You can also shower the cake baking mold. Breadcrumbs with golden ground linen perfectly sticks to selected dishes, comparable to the effects of using flour, and cooked dishes will gain a pleasant crunch.
