Organic birch sap is obtained in early spring from the trunks of birch trees growing in organic areas and is harvested from the first buds on the tree until the leaves have developed. It is characterised by its light straw colour and neutral, delicate taste. Organic birch sap is obtained according to the strict rules of organic production, which makes it a perfect supplement to the daily diet and can be consumed by people of all ages, including children, without quantitative restrictions. It is worth drinking it especially in the autumn-winter period and during the spring solstice.
