D-Vitum forte Calcium

Food supplement. Oyster shell calcium plus vitamin D3.

CALCIUM is needed for the maintenance of normal bones and teeth, and it also:

• contributes to normal muscle function and to normal neurotransmission,
• contributes to the normal function of digestive enzymes,
• contributes to normal blood clotting.

VITAMIN D contributes to:

• normal absorption/utilisation of calcium and phosphorus,
• normal blood calcium levels,
• the maintenance of normal muscle function and to the normal function of the immune system,
• the maintenance of normal bones and teeth.

INTENDED USE: product is recommended for children aged 6 years or more and for adults, including the elderly and the perimenopausal women, to supplement their daily diet in calcium and vitamin D₃.

RECOMMENDED USE: adults and children aged 6 years or more – 2 tablets a day. Adults may suck on the tablet or swallow it. Children are recommended to suck on the tablet until complete dissolution. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Excessive consumption may produce laxative effects. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet. Maintaining normal health requires a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.

INGREDIENTS: oyster shell calcium carbonate (oyster shell calcium carbonate, maltodextrin), bulking agent: sorbitols, anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids, cholecalciferol, flavourings, anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide, sweetener: sucralose.

DAILY DOSE (2 capsules) contains: 1625 mg of oyster shell calcium carbonate, of which 600 mg of calcium (75%*), 25 μg (1000 IU) of vitamin D₃ (500%*).

STORAGE CONDITIONS: store in room temperature, below 25°C, in a dry and dark place, in a tightly closed, original packaging. Do not freeze. Food supplements should be stored out of reach of children.
