Recommended consumption:

Adults –2 effervescent tablets a day.

Daily  dose contains:

• 1 tablet – 150 mg (7,5%*) of potassium, 50 mg (13%*) of magnesium and 0,7 mg (50%*) of vitamin B6
• 2 tablets – 300 mg (15%*) of potassium, 100 mg (26% *) of magnesium and 1,4 mg (100% *) of vitamin B6
