Elderberry Juice 100% is obtained from ripe elderberry fruits (Sambucus nigra) and has a characteristic dark blue color and a tart, slightly sour taste. Elderberry supports the proper functioning of the immune system. It has antioxidant properties, thanks to which it helps to protect cells from oxidative stress. The juice is worth drinking both in summer as an excellent ingredient for aromatic and refreshing drinks and cocktails, as well as in the autumn-winter period and in the spring solstice.
