Ionolite is a powder preparation for the preparation of an oral rehydration fluid with reduced osmolarity and sodium content, the composition of which complies with ESPGHAN recommendations. In states of dehydration, regardless of their cause, the water-electrolyte balance is disturbed. It is then necessary to supplement the diet with glucose and minerals given in the right proportions.
Dosage: the dosage of the preparation depends on the degree of dehydration, the stage of hydration and medical recommendations. According to the WHO / UNICEF recommendations:

Contraindications: blood in stools, poor kidney function, hemodynamic shock, intestinal obstruction.

200 ml of fluid prepared according to the instructions contains: 3.78 g glucose, 379 mg citrate, 355 mg chloride, 276 mg sodium, 157 mg potassium.
Osmolarity of the solution: 245 mOsm / l.
Ingredients: glucose, sodium citrate, sodium chloride, potassium chloride, strawberry flavor with other natural flavors, anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide, sweetener: steviol glycosides. Does not contain fruit.
Usage: the sachet should be opened and then its contents dissolved in 200 ml of warm, boiled water. Cool before serving. The reconstituted solution should not be sweetened. The liquid should be consumed immediately after preparation. The solution is unfit for consumption 24 hours after preparation. Do not exceed recommended servings for consumption during the day. Maintaining proper health requires balanced nutrition and leading a healthy lifestyle.
Storage: Store at room temperature in a dry and dark place. Keep out of reach of small children. Do not freeze.
